Everyone is on a different life journey. We all bring various experiences, beliefs, goals, and expectations to our lives. While no life coaching journey will be identical, there is a path that I will take you on in order to achieve the lasting change you are hoping to. Below is an example of what might happen along that journey.

Stages of Liberation

Get Curious

  • When we first start working together, we will dig deep and learn more about the areas of your life you want to focus on.

  • I will ask questions such as: what are your common negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, or unhelpful habits? What’s your mindset?

  • To get a little deeper we will try to uncover where you learned them and decide if they are serving the version of your Self that you are aiming to create.

Rebuild

  • After removing unhelpful habits and beliefs, we can work to replace them with ones that are more in line with your higher self.

  • We will identify thoughts and beliefs that empower, motivate, and push you forward to reach your goals.

  • We will include exercises that will further reduce the limits you’ve placed on your Self and support your growth.

Unlearn

  • After investigating the parts of your Self you want to change, it’s time to unlearn.

  • This process includes consistent questioning around the truth and value of your thoughts, beliefs, or habits.

  • During this stage, we will discover which beliefs you truly value and want to keep, as well as which are social expectations you’ve absorbed and internalized.

Thrive

  • Finally, you will put all that you’ve discovered into practice.

  • At the final stage, your new habits will begin to solidify and we will begin to apply them to various parts of your life.

  • Here, you will begin to see and feel yourself in a new, more liberated light.
